Good work Nice Art

I always like the work y’all put out but with that said I’m fairly certain it would sound far better at that studio in the woods place out in the middle of nowhere-ville for another go if that’s not frowned on in the music world or maybe I’m just a little biased towards Washington Parish. That tip of the boot was good for y’all. Still much love.

This album is 🔥🔥🔥. Every song is great and that’s hard to find with an entire album. Can’t get enough of it.
The whole album is a hit!

Something for everyone, in every song. With poetic lyrics, catchy musical riffs, and the lead singer’s crooning voice, this entire album is splendid.
The first listen through, there are clear stand outs for great songs that are radio worthy. The more you listen through, the other songs reveal their potential, leaving each song, a single in itself.
Absolutely favorite group!!! 😍😍😍
Seen in concert once & fell in love! Seeing again in April in Key West and again & again as much as possible.
I like it.
This is the other side of paradise
The Revivalists continue their evolvement with this album. Their years of blood, sweat and tears on the road performing show after show has truly paid off with crisp lyrics, masterful melodies and that true jazz rock New Orleans foundation. It has been incredible to watch their journey along the way. Their latest offering is nothing short of a musical masterpiece. Thank you Revivalists for the last decade. To the next one!
Definite change in sound
It sounds like either "the suites" brought in writers in an attempt to write some hits or these guys were just going for a more commercial sound. Whatever the case may be, the songs are more straight forward and polished. That being said, it's still decent, just not quite as good as what they were doing in the past.

I’m hoping this is one of those releases you have because you want to try something different. Now that you got that out, can we go back to the music with soul?
Misses the Mark
Love these guys, love seeing them in concert, but this album isn't them, fire this producer and go back to making the kind of music we've all come to expect from such a fine band.
Take Good Care - Revivalists
Never written a review for anything. Never felt the need; this album is soooo good that It compelled me to enfranchise this album to all music lovers. Been a huge fan for the past 10 years stumbling upon Soulfight from Nola friends. Hard to predict them out doing themselves with Take Good Care. Best and most eclectic album to date showing a wide range of musical talent. Appealing to larger base with this one coming out with more alternative/pop sounds than the traditional Nola groove (which is still permeates many songs in this album). Really all 3 of the past albums have been stellar (incl City of Sound and Men Against mountains). MUST see live if you haven’t.
